How to practise kindness?
There are many simple ways that we can practise kindness on a daily basis:

Put yourself into someone else’s shoes. Be compassionate and empathetic!

Practise random acts of kindness.

Reach out to others. Offer your companionship to those who are lonely or are going through a hard time.

Be generous about hugs with friends and loved ones.

Offer a genuine smile to everyone you meet if possible, even to strangers.

Donate if you can, no matter how small the amount is, or how inexpensive an item is.

Volunteer and help others.
